Welcome to Reid-Hillview, San Jose, CA-based Squadron 80 of the Civil Air Patrol
The Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is the civilian auxiliary of the U. S. Air Force and is organized along military lines. There are more than 1,700 units nationwide. For more than 50 years, CAP has performed the following congressionally mandated missions:
Squadron 80 performs air/ground search and rescue and provides resources for disaster relief operations in Northern California and the Bay Area. The Squadron meets at Reid-Hillview Airport every Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. More information on joining Squadron 80 can be found here.
